The IT Geek Squad tech repaired my laptop in a very timely manner, was very helpful, professional and pleased with the end result. The price paid was very economical for the work performed.

We paid for their service only because we have bought so many products that we just wanted to make sure we were covered.

Can’t pass it up for the price. Now if anything happens to it. It can get fixed or replaced by Best Buy. Pluse they come to me with it being a 50 inch tv

Well, haven't had to use the protection plan but my last TV lasted 14 months, and was not going to risk it again.

I bought protection for my TV, which is a higher end model. Best buy covers more than the manufacturer warranty. I don't expect I'll have any issues, but knowing I have the protection is nice just in case anything does happen.

Their warranty coverage for tv's is the best on the market. It does cost alot more than average. But you get alot more coverage than you would with other companies. If you are worried about burn in on OLED panels or anything like that you should get the extended warranty.

I liked this TV. Best price. No issues. Color is good. Sound is great. Easy to install. Picture clarity is great.

I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad for my new Roku TV and haven't actually used it yet, but it covers any damage and even if something as small as two pixels going dead on the screen and they'll replace it so I'd say for an extra $30 it's well worth it.
