I always buy the extended warranty here at Best Buy. Things today have so many options and things they can do, you need to be covered when something goes wrong. I highly recommend!

I purchased Geek Squad expert service for one of my products that i cant remember. I have not needed to use them as im pretty technologically savvy myself and can do most things by myself. I downloaded their phone protection app for my cell phone and i use that quite often to clean my phone, scan for any issues, and backup all of my phone data. The app is great by itself and easy to use. I would highly recommend.

Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

I purchased this with my LG G2 because, although they are rare, LG is not reliable when it comes to product defects. It was like pulling teeth to get LG to refund my LG G1 when he randomly died the first year of use (totally random and rare event). After taking months to get my refund I went with Geek Squad Protection on my next purchase. Best Buy has hands down the superior protection plan. Totally worth it on big purchases, in my opinion.

Great protection love using Greek for all my product

I was once a firm believer that the protection plans were a real rip off. I purchased once from a Best Buy competitor and out of caution I purchased the plan. Good thing I did. What a nightmare. NOW - I only purchase from Best Buy and I always purchase the protection plans. It seems a good policy for me.

I bough it because it includes damages by voltage and where I live the electricity isn’t steady

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.

5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection If you do not buy the 5-year standard Geek Squad protection plan for any TV that you would buy then you might as well not purchase a TV because you are just working against yourself in the long run when you could upgrade to a better TV and just pay the difference especially if your TV does not work properly or geek-squad cannot fix it. Best Buy's replacement plan is by far the best warranty ever provided by any electronics store and cannot be compared because they have helped me for the past 10 years because the devices that I would buy in truth always turned out to be those odd devices that they either don't have on the Shelf anymore or I have too many times where they came and fixed it but something always went wrong with it within five years so get that protection plan and Best Buy will take care of you they have taking care of me they will for you
