Love this idea to have it because they give a new one

It was definitely worth the price and convenience. They arrived punctually and called when they were on the way. They installed the TV and mount quickly and neatly. Very polite and explained everything before leaving.

The Geek Squad people are very friendly and professional. I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy and use Geek Squad Protection for all of my expensive purchases.

With today’s quality in electronics, you need an extended warranty plan. I’ve had to use it a while back on another product and the Geek Squad rep came to my house to address and repair the issue. It’s cheap insurance worth having.

Had to use this for the laptop we purchased. Good investment as the laptop itself was on the cheaper end and I was worried about reliability. Replaced the screen and speakers 20 months into the plan. Actually got an updated motherboard out of the repair as well.

My TV got burn in around 3 years in, and after 4 years, started flickering. I returned it to best buy and got a replacement TV with equivalent specifications and value.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

When I buy any electronics in Bes Buy I get a protection plan too. My experience with those protection plan is very good, fix the electronics or change it if can not be repair.

We haven’t had to use the service yet and hope we won’t need to but I’m sure it will be well worth the little we had to pay for it.

My brother installed my Samsung TV with no problem. The instructions were to easy to follow.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

I've actually had to use this service before with a crappy Vizio TV i had in the past and if they can fix it they fix it if they can't fix it and the TV is crap they will let you exchange it no questions so if you protect your investment then you need this.

I purchase my 5yr warranty for this TV before have too go online you read everything l need too know. We must not forgive too take carere of the customers needs l dont agree with all the new rules because l'm over 60. Idont need the Robot to run my life
