In the past years they were 100 percent is what they said that is why I always purchase the Geek squad on all mu purchases

Haven't needed to use it yet thankfully, and I hope that continues, but it's nice to know it's there.

Excellent, it looks good, the sound is good and it is about 1 inch, I like it a lot.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

With this additional purchase added on to my TV, I can get protection kind of like an insurance just in case the TV has a short and its wiring or inexplicably doesn't work anymore before my two years time is up with it.

I rely on my protection plan like gold. The Geek Squad is always there when I need them.

Why WOULDN'T you buy this when you've already spent money for an expensive television? Even though it's mounted on the wall, one never knows what might happen. For us, it's worth every penny to have piece of mind.

Guy came helped me with my tv he was great very helpful.. wasnt able to fix my TV but helped me get a new one on the same day

I was glad I paid for the extra protection cause Geek Squad definitely had my back when my TV went out.

I give them an excellent rating. My first LG TV failed after about 4 years. My Geek protection qualified me for full original price toward a new TV.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !
