Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.

I never have mounting. All my TV's sit on a 3 Tier Stand. The Geek Squad is so professional they could install your tv anywhere and get the best results. I have never had an angry word or been disappointed with the Geek Squad. On line or in my home these guys know how to get the job done.

I normally do not purchase extended warranties. However, I have purchased a few now at Best Buy. I became a firm believer when a camera was accidentally dropped by my daughter. Camera was fixed, and good as new. When it came time for the 5 year purchase, it was to cover a large screen TV. My savings on the TV more than covered the cost of the plan. And for what the TV cost, it was very affordable peace of mind. May not use it, but I have it.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

Good to have this protection on my 77 inch tv it is a great warranty to have. Their plan through Geek Squad is awesome.

Geek Squad does upstairs delivery, setup and haul; away and rescues my bad back. I used Best Buy's crack service division, The Geek Squad to install my new 77 inch HDTV in our small home theater room upstairs. 5 Yr Warranty Protection Is Amazing. Just never know what can ever happen to your appliances when you buy them especially at an Pricey Price. Anything is possible to happen so I went with the 5 yr warranty protection which it’s covered through “Geek Squad Protection”

Make sure you get the protection plus. You will need this if you have little kids.

My son is not the easiest on equipment and there really needs the protection

Awesome extended TWO Year warranty. Love the Geek Squad warranties. Because typically if something goes wrong during the warranty BestBuy will just swap it for a new unit versus wasting time waiting for a repair! Well worth the warranty for peace of mind!

TV has some wobbly frames that needed to be repaired. But other than that it's perfect

For the price this is a great economy 4K HDR television. I paid $300 plus tax and extended warranty and really wasn’t expecting very much. When I had finally set it up (Actually it practically sets itself up) I was very surprised to see how great the picture was especially when in HDR mode. I ran videos from YouTube and showed family members and they were all enjoying it very much. For $300, or less, I don’t see how you can do better. This transaction was done in October 2019.

In my opinion not all items need a protection plan, but for a tv in my house, needed! Tv's are so light weight and the screens are more sensitive to a cats flying attack of images on screen, the "opps I missed " thrown balls or the backswing in sword play, and of course the accidental discharge of an airsoft gun's bb's. Then for the normal household ,things like surge protection, pixel loss, speaker crackling and now days the "Smart" portions of the tv. So I say yes to tv protection plans.

I haven't used Geek Squad in awhile, YAYYYY! However I have in the past and was glad I made choice to have this service. They were always able to fix my problem. They offer good customer service. A solution may take from 15mins for an over the phone tutorial or a week if a part has to be ordered. Geek Squad, is the service to have..

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.
