It's great to know that I have a service plan in case something goes wrong.

We love the geek squad protection. This is the main reason we shop at Best Buy. We had a problem a few years ago with a tv that we had owned over a year. We took the tv back to our local Best Buy. They looked at it and refunded us the entire amount we had paid for the tv. It took about 40 minutes for the entire process, including waiting in line.

They have the best of quality customer service would definitely recommend for all your electronics and appliances!

We didn't want any liability for our new Sony 75" TV set failing under Sony's or Best Buy's warranty. And given that we had the Geek Squad do the installation, it was a no brainer to have the Best Buy warranty. Even if nothing fails, its better insurance than we have for hurricane damage on the house!

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.

I've got 5 tvs on the house, all 5 samsung. If I had to buy another one, ot will be samsung. My phone is samsung. Just the best brand in the US

I bought a smart TV and very glad I bought the extended warranty because you just never know what can go wrong and Best Buy Geek Squad is the best they will help you over the phone as well in the store and the price for it was very reasonable compared to other retailers and I can feel at ease with making a huge purchase so far I have not had to use it and hopefully I will not but I am pleased knowing I have it for the next 3 yrs. if necessary. It is a must have.

The agents helped with my return of my tv due to a crack in the screen.

Havent had to use it yet, but it was a great price for $99 added to tv.

Best buy was AWESOME! My 85" TV died after 3 years, and Best Buy was GREAT to deal with on the replacement.

Having the Geek Squad available makes things very convenient. Seniors especially would benefit by having Geek Squad Service because if you have challenges you can get help instead of being frustrated. Get the Squad!

There are NO electronics purchased in my household without a Geek Squad protection. I have never been disappointed in the quality of service for ANY needs. There are NO stupid questions - they answer them and walk you through issues if possible. If not, they make an appointment for you to take you item in (or come to the house if necessary) to resolve the issue. Definitely worth the price...foolish not to add it to any large item you purchase.

Impressed with the efficiency of the Geek Squad that installed our television. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and gave us a review on using our new television and remote. Sadly the virus has made taking my computer to the store to get tuned up impossible, but I am sure the Geek Squad will do a great job when I am able to.

Excellent service have used Geek Squad for computer as well as television repair. When they were not able to repair the television they replaced it. Would highly recommend Geek Squad.

Hopefully we won't need to use this warranty but wanted to make sure we had it just in case.. I'm so tired of buying stuff they come with a 1 year warranty after the 1 year warranty they fall apart.
