The squad delivered my new tv and removed my old tv. They adjusted all the settings and most importantly showed me how to make adjustments.

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.

The protection for any product should be mandatory. Any issues later Best Buy will replace it no questions Ask. At least to me. I always purchase the extra warranty on any high end appliances, computers and tvs. Highly recommend this.

I purchased the protection plan because I have used them in the past. My past tv motherboard went out and I was able to get paid for my last tv because the cost to fix the tv was more than the tv was worth. I love their protection plans.

When you pay that kind of money you might just as well have it warranted

honestly, geek squad protection is one of the best i’ve ever used. they are always such nice people to talk to and they always find a solution for your problem!

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

I have been a believer in having this extra protection. I have had to use the warranty to replace a tv in the past. There was no hesitation on the part of Best Buy to honor the warranty even close to the end date. You should definitely purchase this protection. I intend to go with the five-year warranty in the future.

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

Fantastic tv with beautiful picture quality. Yes, there are better quality screens on the market but they carry price tags at least 5x what this was. Great upgrade for me, expect it to last me the next several years
