having bought the extended warranty in case somthing happened was a hard decision at the time due to added cost at the time of purchase 3years later i couldnt have been happier with my decision geek squad was fast to make a repair when that option didnt work out they replaced with a brand new one thanks geek squad.

Definitely need to have the two-year plan with geek squad. It gives you peace of mind.

I bought the coverage for my open box TV. I haven't had to use it, but I suppose the peace of mind is worth the price.

Great TV for an affordable price :) Has a clear image and sound and was very easy to set up.

Purchased this warranty with my son's 43 inch Insignia tv. His tv went out within a year of purchase, and after I contacted customer service to let them know they did honor my warranty but let me know since I was getting a new item I would have to repurchase the warranty.

It’s a great deal for protection in case anything happens to your devise during the first 5 years.

Purchased the 5 year protection plan from the Geek Squad. Hope we never have to use it, but it gives us peace of mind.

My screen quit working and Best Buy had someone out here to diagnose it and a new TV delivered within a week. Definitely worth the investment for the peace of mind, but the service was much better than I expected going into using it. I’d recommend it and bought it a second time myself with the new TV.

I've only had to use the geek squad a couple of times. And each time they we very helpful.

I have not used the Geek squad for this particular item, but have in the past and they are the best. Quick and knowledgable.

I mean its a must, if you buy somethint for a $1,000 don't you want to have some sort of coverage on it?

I love the Geek Squad because they have always been so professional and bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. They have always treated me well. Today 09/20/2021 I went in to get a TV repaired that was almost brand new and they made the transaction so easy and aloud me to exchange it for a brand new one. This is why I have never ever purchased somewhere else even if the product I want is cheaper. I have literally spent thousands of dollars over the years at Best Buy and I always walk away knowing if anything goes wrong they will fix it. Always purchase the extra Geek Squad warranty it is well worth it and you will have no problems if your item stops working.

Customer service is phenomenal. The tv is perfectly set up. Highly recommend.

Great affordable protection service and de worry free

I wish I can give 0 stars. The worst experience I’ve EVER experienced with Best Buy and I always have them install stuff. The one guy was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He didn’t do anything I put in my order and kept saying it wasn’t there. Then they didn’t even finish setting up my tv. If this the type of people they have working with them now I won’t be coming back! From the start to the end the man was Rude, rude, rude!!!! I asked for the cord to be hidden in the order, he said it wasn’t in there (in a snarky tone). I asked for the old tv to be relocated in the order. He said oh no I’ll have to charge you (again in a rude tone). He left without setting the tv up, but honestly I didn’t want his negative rude self in my house any longer anyways. Never again!!!

Great to have this just in case something goes wrong. I bout it and the one time I used it my tv died got money back. I forgot about the warranty I had but got an email to renew or it will expire!! That’s how I got $$ back! Just for that reason alone I bought another warranty!

I have not use it and I hope I wont use it but I read that they are great.

Would not purchase an expense item without having a extended warranty and the price was right.
