My Toshiba is a little fidgety after only a week so don't know what happens if it goes out under TV warranty. I bought for just in case and I'm not that familiar with 4K TV's. I'm out of service territory so I have yo tAke 55" back to BB for them to checkout for 2 weeks. hmmmm.

great product no significant issues with it. Just to keep my Iphone safe

It's worth it since my last tv lasted shorter than usual

Although it is pricey, you never know when you will need it.

This is a very good tv with a great picture quality. Good for bedroom.

I’m in the process of filing several complaints. First off I can’t bring my broke the into store because it’s to big. Then when I attempted to schedule appointments, geek squad put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on me refusing to schedule. I kept being persistent and the geeks realized it so they scheduled my repair for today and sent a refrigerator repair man. Now I have to call these scumbags 100 more times to get another appointment and for them to pick up my tv. My suggestion for everyone, Go to Walmart for TVs. At least you stand in line and make a return in 5 minutes. My kids will now be without a tv for another week or two because of these fools. And what makes matters worse, apparently, the Niagara Falls blvd location is not taking calls. The entire store is incapable of answering the phone.

best buy has one of the cheapest electronic protection services.

I haven’t use the service yet, but it was hard for me to get it signed up online. I don’t know how to do that and I could’ve used help on it.

I Bought an LG 50" TV and purchased the 5 year plan. A week later I had an accident when trying to move the TV on the TV stand and it fell and smashed the screen. I brought it back to the store figuring it would not be covered under warranty because I caused the fall of the TV. I understood that but what I wasn't happy about was the fact the 5 year plan I purchased a week before, would not follow the 2nd new TV I had to purchase. So the cost of the 5 year plan the week before was just a donation the BestBuy. I will never purchase any plans from BestBuy in the future. I know the damage was caused by myself but the TV was a week old and BestBuy couldn't help me out at all. I would have complained to management if thought anyone would have listened to me. BestBuy even charged me the recycling fee for a one week old TV. Now the 2nd TV has major sync problems I can't seem to fix. Go figure.

It’s a good thing to have it’s just sad when the Tv you have brakes like 1 month after you subscription is done.
