I havnt had to use this as of yet. So i cant really give a review yet.

The saleman pushed me into buying this plan. First offering 5 years for $50 then 2yrs for $30. Made it sound like the manufacturer would not warranty anything even for the first year. Pain in the butt.

I bought product Westinghouse 32" Class 3112" Diag. LED 720p HDTV Black DWM32H1Y1 I opt for 5Year Protection Plan Geek Squad 5YR 100-14 Reason - with the low brand TV, it is always good to have protection plan.

I really hate getting extended warranties , but after spending $500 on a new tv , I wanted to make sure I was covered for another 5 years for $100

I have not used this yet and hope that I will never need to.

Wasn't told anything, just that i would get an email.

I gave only 3 stars because I have not had to use this yet, so I can not rate the quality of service. Hopefully, when I need it, it will be awesome.

Not please with this purchase i use it once and the system canceled my service by mistake according to best buy rep.

If your going to invest in something this should be it and keep your money protected for the product you purchased

I have used Geek Squad for a number of years for maintenance on my company computers. I recently had bought a new computer at Best Buy and needed to have them set up the new computer with all the information from the old computer and then tune up the old computer. Ultimately they accomplished part of the work but not all. It was disappointing to know that I will need to make another appointment and bring the computers in to be worked on again.

Haven't needed to use it yet. Will let you know whenever I need this service.

Its a warranty so what can I say. I buy these with everything but have only used a warranty once. But, I guess I will be glad I have it one day.

I haven’t been able to keep a tv for more than 3 years for some reason so I have to get the geek squad protection I just with it was cheaper.

I did not had to use my geek quad service, so i couldn't tell you hoe effective they were.

Good to have for safety and if you work in hazardous jobs or prone to being clumsy but if you don’t use it it’s feels very wasteful to purchase

It’s a for a Christmas gift so it hasn’t been used yet.

Puchased extra coverage but havent had to use yet. Coverage reads like a solid plan hence 3 stars.

I have used this service about 10 times, even for products not purchased at BestBuy. I feel better knowing its active

Best security system..amd its for 2 years or 4 years.
