If your buying electronics you better purchase Geek squad warranty.

I purchased the 5 year protection plan on a previous tv. At 4 years and 11 months, the picture started to go out. Geek Squad was fast to come out and diagnose. Unfortunately, they didn't make the part anymore to fix it, so they gave me a gift card for a comparable tv that is 5 years newer. It was a no brainer to buy this protection for my next TV.

I was aware I had purchase this package. However, I will now be taking advantage of it.

I would recommend the service protection from The geek squad from Best buy it's affordable and service is great so go grab some geek squad protection on your appliance ,TV or any electronic that is offered on

The greatest thing about the Geek Squad is that wherever I have used them they have always worked things out. And always there if needed.

The Geek Squad agent was very polite and helpful!! He corrected the issue with my Samsung Smart Tv very quickly the agent was very friendly and really was most qualified geek Squad member I have ever had the pleasure of being serviced by this knowledgeable and very professional person

The Geek Squad was excellent, but the TV is the problem. At present, the problem has not been resolved. The Hisense H5500G 43" Android LED Smart Tv demonstrates poor picture quality. The picture is often slightly blurred or temporarily cleared. This product is not acceptable. However, it is this Tv not all of them. Apparently, there is a defect.

2 year protection is a must have for all products. I have a 3 year old daughter and she spilled orange juice on my Chromebook. Absolutely something that was my fault and typically i wouldn't expect to be refunded or covered here. No questions asked they took in my device, attempted to fix and when they could not I received a full credit a little over a month after dropping it off.

It’s always to add their warranty cause they always take care of the item without question!

I am hoping I don’t have to use the warranty. Having a minimum of 50 characters. In order to submit the survey is ridiculous. If there’s nothing wrong, I would think you wouldn’t want to have a drawn out explanation. That is annoying.

This purchase was a great idea when buying my laptop.

Hope I never have to use it. But if needed they will come to my home to repair.

I always get geek squad protection on my larger ticket items. It gives me piece of mind!

Geek squad comes through again. This is the 2nd time that this warranty has replaced a very expensive TV with another very expensive TV. Very much worth the cost of the warranty. Sony warranty would not have covered the burn in issue on my former OLED. Geek squad replaced with no questions asked.

My picture went out on my TV and the warranty covered a replacement TV. All done the same day. I received a larger television and cash because TV's cost less now.

Worth the extra dollars. Had purchased plan when we bought our wall mounted tv, Samsung 75". After about 4 1/2 years the set started to go bad (white dots on screen). lived with that for awhile, the found the protection plan. Called for a tech to look at the problem, took the units numbers, to find a replacement part. Part was not made anymore, so, the plan replaced old tv with a new one. purchased protection plan again for the new tv..
