Good plan but it doesn't cover anything if the screen gets cracked

Need to cover damage caused by the user it’s not fair I pay 1200 for tv then my baby throw something at it and Best Buy won’t cover that

Problem with these programs is price such high portion of purchase price. Also doesn’t cover universal remote programming which is only issue I have had with items purchased.

have had this on other things, actually very good coverage if something does happen (hopefully not)

The hold time to reach the geek squad is too long and makes you not want to call.

Doesn’t actually kick in until the manufacture warranty expires so you basically lose the amount your tv is warrantied by the tv company

Thought i made a great purchase with you guys and the protection plans but when contacting geek squad they were rude and didnt try to help my solve my tv repair against accidental damage. If cracks are not covered they should state it on the warranty so be wont get it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

We purchased the service for a laptop purchase. We did it to allow for existing data from replaced laptop to be transferred by Geek Squad. Went ok other than we were incorrectly told that Microsoft office could be moved. Had planned on purchasing a desktop to replace a Windows 7 but after discussions about simply replacing operating system, decided to get a new computer elsewhere. Would not purchase service again.

THEY HELPED WITH ....WELL RETURN OF A PRODUCT VERY WELL AND HELPED TROUBLE SHOOT VERY WELL, ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS YO HIGHEST KNOWLEDGE .

Protection for TV and peace of mind for myself. Odd this costs less than 2-year protection for earbuds, though.

Purchased the two year protection plan and fortunately never had to use it! If you feel safer with knowing you have the protection for your large investment, then purchase the plan.

Haven’t used the services since purchasing. I hope when I need it, it will be worth the price.

Taking a long time to get me a new one but they did have being on phones for a long period time and almost 2weeks finally took care of me.

When I bought this warranty the salesperson failed to tell me that 40inch and larger tvs will have a repair person sent home to check fault. I called and I was given a 10 day wait time just to have a look at the tv fault. They did not accept my offer to bring tv to store for repairs. Absolutely annoyed and frustrated with this response from best buy.

I have purchased Geek squad protection on all of my electronics purchased. We purchased a 70' in TV a couple of months ago and it is already glitching. The screen flickers for about 5 mins every time we turn it on. I reached out to scheduled a Geek Squad appointment and they told me they cannot help me and to reach out to the manufacture, however, they also told me that my protection plan is active and can be used.. Waste of money if they cant help you.

Read the fine print before purchasing protection plans. They don’t cover accidents.

I wish that extended would started after mansfactroy warranty. You are not getting 2 warranty.
