I didn’t need to use the Geek squad protection, but it was probably good to purchase in case something were to go wrong with my new television.

No receipt for purchase received. Need documentation !

The rep signed me up for the wrong service, I wanted installation by the Geek Guys & I had to keep calling until I got the protection plan cancelled & got the installation plan. The guy came out, finally & he started putting it together & then he left, the TV partially out of the box, stuff everywhere & he left. Said his boss would take dare of it; nothing, nobody, be great to get installation of the TV I bought for that very reason. thank you, c

doesnt protect for screen damage should really cover that. ehh its ok they just do basic things

Best Buy warranties used to be the best, but since couple of yeas it has become the worse ever. I used to recommend anybody to buy in best buy, not any more. Best buy has become a joke. I'm giving a star because I need to give it in order for me to post the complain.

It's hard to review this as I did not use the Geek Squad at all. It's like buying insurance, unless you use it, you do not know how good it is.

Returning due to poor quality. Better options are available.

It is there if I need it and that is comforting. I am not much on after sale warranties but there is much that can go wrong with the purchased TV.

Don’t remember buying geek squad for anything. They didn’t hook anything up for me so unsure as to the quality

the salesperson led me to beleive that this protedtion would cover my current household electronics. Misled.

I was told when I bought the protection plan that it covered anything for 2 years. Screen got cracked. I was told it could not be fixed so I ask are you going to replace it. I was told no. So now I'm still paying on a TV and a protection policy that is no good. I am not happy. So i went to Walmart and bought another new TV.

Haven't used the service as of yet. Good to have with all the electrical components made with things now days.

I have purchased VIZIO ESeries 28" Class 2712" Diag. LED 720p Smart HDTV Black E280I-B1 considering my home movement, It always good to have protection plan.

I bought a tv with a dent and when I asked for my sound bar to be installed they said it would cost extra.

Was on the phone for an hour made it sound like they were going to set up an appointment and when it came time to schedule the appointment was put on hold for 20 minutes to then be transferred to Samsung and had to restart the process through them. Was a total waste of time.
