Asked Best Buy geek squad to honor their warranty on our 350$ LG microwave and was told I have to pay to have the microwave uninstalled and give it to them for 8 weeks in order for them to fix it. They obviously want to make it so cost/time prohibitive that I just buy a new microwave. Geek squad is a scam and I will never deal with them again.

I have not had to use it yet, but I bought the coverage just in case something happens.

It was easy to get and worth the price it cost . Great value

I guess is pretty good. Haven't uses service yet because my product is still working.

My tv broke and they tried fixing it 3 times not finding the problem just changing different parts (guess work) took a month to replace then when they did they gave me a tv 140 less then my original tv I bought last year. Plus I had lost the protection I paid 200 for and have repurchase a new one for the new tv(200)... All in all I lost 540 while having insurance. Great for everything except tv's over 55 inchs

Don't know much about them Didn't ever have to use them for any of my products.

hopefully won't have to use this, but for the price, I always buy Best Buy service plans

The agengs did nothing but dropped it off and left.

I hate everything about Geek Squad ever since they canceled a laptop protection early and refused to service the laptop. Then treated me like the criminal.

I can't comment on how well this works. I have not had a need for it at this time.

haven't used it yet but was told its great for TV's when lighting hit it will be covered

I purchased this because of powere outrage where I love. In haven’t used yet.

Bought this for my new television thought I would need it.

Do not waist your time getting Geek Squad protection for any Televisions. The coverage has so many loop holes that your product and purchase is not covered. If it should be the service technician’s are trained to find another reason to consider major purchase not covered. I recommend not buying a big ticket item from Best Buy.

Its good incase any expenses items break or need repairs

I am not a fan of purchase warranty, although best buy 2 year warranty is OK !

Good to have definitely overpriced. Wish it was cheaper. Stand behind your product
