Geek squad installed my refrigerator and the icemaker and I had no problems. They installers came out and installed minutes or less and did a professional job.

Previously used geek squad to replace a tv that randomly stopped showing a picture. They came out and replaced the tv in a timely manner

It's all good now but I had trouble getting it set up. The remote was not working out of the box. It would turn the TV on but none of the other controls worked so I could not navigate through the set up menus. After about 15 minutes some of the controls started working and I was able to set up the TV. But then the power button would not turn off the TV. The only way to power it on and off was with voice commands. I went to settings and was able to download an update for the remote but that made no difference. I gave up on it for the night thinking I would take it back the next day but in the morning the remote was working perfectly. No problems since. It seemed the remote needed several hours to figure out how to talk to the TV. Otherwise, the TV is great!

Recommend when buying any tv. Especially a large screen tv.

Protection is a plus. Never purchase a tv with a protection plan.

Added protection at reasonable pricing. Great deal for the money.

The bracket for hanging the TV was already in place but the delivery guys tightened it up then hung the TV.
