Good value hope I don't have to use the protection plan

I always purchase the Best Buy protection plans for my electronics. Worth the extra confidence it gives. I have needed it in the past and it does it’s job.

Bought this TV for my son as a Xmas gift . My son loves it.

We always have a great experience using the geek squad for any technology purchases or replacements that have been completed at Best Buy. Their goal is always to fix or support any information that is needed by the customer.

This TV has a bright, rich colors and adapts to the room lighting. It works best with a HD cable signal. I watch sports and news. Looks good to me. Beware, Best Buy sellers tried to convince me this tv's refresh rate of 60 ghz was too slow for soprts. Not true! The only thing wrong with my experience was the store people trying to up sell me with falsehoods about the product i wanted. Do your research before going or buying at Best Buy.

Geek squad is great they have help me several times. Best Buy has great service and products.

I actually had service by Geek Squad repairs and they actually were very professional. I always recommend Geek Squad, the only issue i have with Geek Squad is that they no longer renew service once you get the service, i wish they would’ve told me before that way I’d added more years on to my service.

I have used the Geek Squad service before, and it is a very good deal. The agents are very good at what they do and can help you when you need a service that is difficult to accomplish on your own.

Get the warranty. Its totally worth the few extra bucks

I always like purchasing warranties for all my electronics since things can happen and Geek squad makes it easy for you to repair or replace your item by simply giving you a store credit so you can buy another device even though you buy a tv for a certain price years later you will still get the money you paid at that time which makes it easier because there will be better TVs for the same price as the old one you have.

From the start, I was treated fantastically. They brought out my TV in 5 minutes, helped me load it. The TV is fantastic. The setup was easy, and the picture is perfect. I would recommend this to everyone.

Ended up needing to use the service with dead pixels on the TV purchased. They replaced TV with a newer model and credited me back the difference of the price between the old/new one. Great experience.

Good to have if ever needed, hoping that I don’t and my product continues past 5 years.
