Bought 4 yr. protection in 2011 Samsung noticed a dark spot on TV. out of factory warranty. But had Geek Squad Protection called up and was able to talk to tech over phone. Got a full Best Buy gift card for what I paid for the TV. Also Best Buy store was very helpful in finding a new TV. Still believe in Samsung but bought protection again.

You would never know this wasn't a 4K tv. The picture is so crisp and sharp, the image seems to jump out at you. What a prefect and inexpensive way to add a TV to our cottage. I've owned this for close to 2 years now, with a glitch. Add a streaming device to it, and you have a smart TV. Buy one. You'll love it.

Initially had shifting shades of color and lacked smoothness with choppy motion in movies. A few simple internet searches and community solutions to these issues and adjustments seemed to resolve these issues and I am very satisfied with this tv. I would hope for a smoother experience straight out of the box however. Seems to be a tech overkill with certain settings causing more issues than they solve.

This TV rocks. Read many reviews and they were spot on. My sharp Aquos from2012 died. The U7k is night and day better. Switched video mode to vivid and looks incredible saved a lot of money not buying a Samsung and highly recommend the U7k. Sports are awesome on this TV.

I recommend to anyone who makes a high dollar purchase like a television or something like that to purchase this protection. It will save you from a lot of headache down the way and I can speak from experience because I had a brand new LCD go out after only a couple of months. Instead of the headache of having to deal with the manufacture warranty and sending it back, Best buy just replaced it. If anything goes wrong, this protection will cover your investment and I have had no problems with the Geek Squad in assisting me with any troubles I had with my products yet.

This is an absolute necessity when purchasing TVs too big to carry into the store for service. The best feature about this warranty is that they will come to your home any time it requires servicing, and if for any reason it cannot be repaired, they will replace it with either the identical TV or one at least as good as you have, if not better!! A one-year manufacturer's warranty simply isn't enough when purchasing expensive technology because if something does go wrong, it's usually after the first year when the regular warranty has expired!

I have never loved a TV more than I love this one. The agents that came to my house to install it was so professional and kind. It was a pleasure to have them service my product for me. I always feel that I am in the right hands with my geeks.

IT COULDNT BE REPAIRED, THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME WITH MASK, THEY CONTACTED ME I CHOOSE TO RECEIVE BEST BUY GIFT CARD! I PURCHAED ANOTHER TV WITH 5 YEAR GEEK SQUAD SERVICE. Definitely worth the investment, just in case your electronics decides to quit working. They even helped put the legs on my recently purchased tv, which would not go in where they were supposed to go. They figured out that they were somehow damaged. The tech went & found another tv, replaced entire tv & assembled the legs in store. Before leaving store, he made sure that tv was working without any problems. Definitely a great investment. Thank you Countryside IL store, great personnel working there placing customers first!!!!

I bought this Samsung Q60AAFXZA TV on October 3rd, 2021, it runs off by itself on the same day after three year. I guess they put a timer on it to stop operating.

I was disappointed in the technician who did not even try to adjust the flesh tones on my new tv. Just pushed on exchanging the TV. Need better training.
