I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

Very happy with the extremely comprehensive protection of the Geek Squad TV Warranty package. Including Burn-In in the warranty makes this easily the most secure warranty around.

This is exactly what's needed to have peace of mind for all of your purchases.

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.

This "insurance" plan is a definite must have, especially if you are not especially tech savvy. I have used it numerous times and it provides peace of mind and is reassuring to know that any problem(s) I encounter with tech issues will be handled in an efficient and thorough way.

I have had Geek Squad protection since I bought my computer and laptop. I have put it to great use. All I have to do is call the number and someone is there to help me. When I had a hardware problem I was told to take the computer to the store. The Geek Squad fixed that problem also and because I had the contract there was no charge. Since I am an older senior citizen I do not have the know how to fix the more complicated problems. Just call the Geek Squad is my motto. They are always there and will help you out, and with a smile.

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it

Hopefully I never need the service, but it’s a good idea to purchase this warranty. Without a warranty; it would be cheaper to purchase another TV, rather than pay repair costs. And I was impressed when reading threw the details, that for TVs over 40 inches, they do in home service at no charge. Sounds great- and worth the purchase for the peace of mind. Thanks Best Buy.

I always get the extended protection plan, It works great, the Geek squad gives you good service, I has a Logitec remote go bad, I took it in, no questions I got a replacement right away, Bought it on the Washer Dryer Refrigerator. Also the price is very reasonable compared to other companies its cheap . Everything is electronic and smarter than I am, So I get the Coverage and sleep easy, No worries

What's there to say about Geek Squad?! It's a great service for a great price. I wouldn't be without them.

Excellent service even when facing complicated account issues (I have two accounts and the protection and television ended up on different places.) My original television couldn't be fixed so they issued me store credit to put towards a new one. Definitely worth the money.

Great service to have. I hope I do not have to use it. But good to have.

Moved a couple times over the last two years. TV stopped working and BB replaced it fast.

I did have to have tv replaced due to a faulty audio port. It was a painless, quick process. the extended warranty gives me peace of mind.

I’m really not looking forward to bringing my LG OLED tv to geek squad. Because if I do that means something isn’t working properly or it broke. In the past when I did bring something to them that were very friendly And took the time to listen to your problems.
