Geek squad told me my warranty had already expired. It shows I purchased it on august 12, 2020 and it is a two years warranty. I was short of words.

Second Warranty Service request in first 3 months. Frame rate is slow tv cant keep up with live live TV especially sports even when LAN cable is connected getting over 300mbps. Last night TV screen just went black and keeps power cycling itself - flickering between black, light gray, and gray screen TV will not power on. Go with LG or Sony. You would think with this brand being more expensive you would be getting a better product. I am done with Samsung's products. Service request are a hassle.

Takes more than a month to fix simple problem. Besides, they do not offer another device while your device is out for fix. Also, I've seen new problem in my device once they bring it back fixing the previous issue. It is simply not worth it, they need to make several changes to keep their reputation, I'm not sure how they are rated so high because my experience with them was really bad.

Tv picture went out at 13 months!!! There is sound but screen is black, it just stopped working one day when we tried to turn it on! bought brand new, it was in a a childs room and only occasionally used!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED- DO NOT BUY

If I could give this no stars I would. This warranty is pretty much useless for something you really want protected. There was an accident that happened to my TV and obviously a warranty doesn't cover it. Don't waste your money on a warranty that pretty much does nothing.

Open box “excellent” condition should include the power cable, right? 888 Customer support could not help. Now I get to go back to the store and explain it again and hopefully get help.

Black bleed like blue shadow on the bottom of the screen-mediocre viewing angle - not very bright immage and colors. My brother has the x90l much better for movies .

TV is fine but sound quality is horrible. Like worst I've ever heard on a TV.

Tv is 2.5 years old and already half the screen is out. Guess what, my service plan was 2 years. Imagine that, almost magic. Will never buy this brand again.

this tv was a disappointment, I was told that there are 3 HDMI ports when there are actually only 2, you cannot adjust the picture color because the picture color is preset to Sport, Cinema ect, and it only has a audio optical to attach you existing surround sound and that did not work for me there arent any rca jacks if thats what you have on your existing surround sound...thumbs down for me Im exchanging it for a Vizio

This crap stop showing a screen during the pandemic and BESTBUY REFUSED TO ASSIST ALTHOUGH THIS WAS THE 2ND TELEVISION THAT HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. BUY YOUR TVS FROM PC RICHARDS

NEVER ON TIME, TECKS DON'T SHOW UP TO APPOINTMENTS ON TIME OR CALL. 3RD TIME 3RD PRODUCT. NEVER AGAIN. NEEDS A 0 RATING. JUST HAPPENED TO MY 82 YEAR OLD MOM. I WORK IN CRISIS CARE WITH OUR VETERANS . CANT AFFORD TO TAKE OFF EMERGENCY CARE VERY EXPENSIVE.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I spent nearly 2 hrs between phone & chat after my TV suddenly stopped working and I still don’t have resolution and I still do not have an appointment for service

Software is SLOW! Apps constantly crashing and pausing. Tried a factory reset with no luck. I would advise anyone to stay away from fire tv as ours have been a pain to deal with. My 5 year old LG tv blows this thing away in performance and reliability.

I wanted to purchase my product from Best Buy due to the Geek Squad and the great service I got from them with my last purchase several years ago. There description states they will pick up, deliver and set up. This time however there was to be an additional $150.00 charge. WHAT?? I cancelled my Geek Squad purchase and had to travel 120 miles round trip and hope the product would fit in my vehicle. I can figure out how to set it up myself for $270.00!!!

I absolutely hate this tv. Amazon had filled it with ads everytime I turn it on, you can't view all of your apps on the homescreen, instead they show you what they want you to see it's ridiculous. I much prefer roku, I think I will return this awful firestick tv.

Total waste of money. Will kick in only after the manufacturer's warranty expires. These were not explained at the time of purchase. So basically getting 1-year protection only. Instead of these get a home warranty that covers all appliances and TV.

Return TV and they send the TV out for repairs to another state! No TV for 2-4 weeks. Then they still may charge you for the repairs. So with no replacement, and long wait time to “maybe’ get your TV back it is not worth it.

Not worth the money. They don’t tell you it starts the day you purchase it. I purchased a 2 year warranty for the tv I bought in October of 2019, original warranty is a year, I’m thinking the warranty is good until this October - not!!!

Useless does not do my experience justice. Called and was told to call the maker. Thanks a lot.
