I had Alex Snow , a Geek Squad member , to repair my Toshiba 43" 4K Chromecast tv , under manufacturer warranty. Alex was pleasant and extremely helpful. After ordering the part to repair my tv and scheduling a return visit , we found out 2 weeks later that the part was back ordered by 2 months. Alex was instrumental in getting me a replacement tv without any inconvenience. For this , I purchased the Geek Squad extended service plan and just wanted to say thank you again Snow , great service was appreciated.

I highly recommend geek squad warranty for tvs. They go above and beyond. I have dealt with other services and geek squad is up there with the best with little to no hassle.

Weird thing to ask for a review on, but okay. We basically got this as insurance because we were getting a tv delivered and the contactless delivery nulls the usual delivery-related insurance. So covid19 safety won out and we got this to be safe. Didn't need it for the delivery (that went well), and I suppose we have it in case we need it going forward. Hopefully we don't. You know how it goes.

I haven't used the 5 yr warranty and I hope I don't have to.

Whenever you buy something from Best Buy’s and are offered a warranty get it. Best Buy’s has the best hassle free warranty service you just have to know how to describe your problem, when my sister tv was messing up she got it checked out 3 times until I told her to explain to them that the tv goes blank after hours of use. Come to find out the motherboard on the tv was the problem which got fixed right away when explained the problem properly in stead of just saying it goes black sometimes.

Good warranty for the price so I purchased it for our family.

Geeksquad gave me the mental comfort that my TV is safe with them for the next 5 years. No worries on my end, and wide support across america! I love it.

My last tv screen went black and I thought I was doomed. Here goes another $1000 on a tv. When it wasn’t even that old! But I have to thank my past self for buying geek squad. They were able to order parts and have them shipped. We were serviced during the pandemic and they took all the precautions! Ultimately my TV wasn’t salvageable so I was given a credit toward my next purchase! High recommend to everyone.

Geek squad is a must if purchasing electronics it really is a life saver if anything unexpected happens!!

I hope I don't use this service but it seemed cheap to buy the insurance just to be safe.

Agent was helpful and reviewed the product failures I was experiencing. Took his time to review if the failures were common to this model. They we’re and replacement for this product was quickly suggested, forms were completed and submitted.

Great TV. I've had other large TV's but this one is pretty good. Very light and pretty easy to setup. The color black comes in pretty clear and doesn't blend in with everything else.

Love this Tv. Has a crisp clear screen! Perfect for viewing sports!

Geek Squad, need I say more? Excellent cover to have should the worst happen and a must for all the electronice here in this house. If we buy anything new, it will always be bought with a Geek Squad Protection Plan.

Seemed like a good idea to get the extended protection.

The geek squad agents did a great job mounting my tv and hooking everything up plus a some basic training.
