    Absolutely excellent decision as my TV needed a repair within 12months and completely replaced within 24months. WARRANTY was well worth it as the service was great and the replacement went so smoothly that we had new TV on the wall within 3days.

    as you know technology has the 50/50 chance of going bad. i've never had an issue of my stuff going bad as of yet (knock on wood) but I like the ease of mind knowing my product is secured for years to come. price is always a great deal with bestbuy, mid as well purchase it if you want to avoid the hassle of when unfortunately it does happen and you feel your money is now going down the drain.

    Defective screen, large central white halo

    There is a large central white halo in the middle of the TV screen. I only found out about this AFTER mounting it unfortunately (having adhered to all instructions and precautions very carefully). I am a healthcare worker and have to travel for work a lot so by the time I got back home, unpackaged it and set up the wall mount, it was on day 16th from delivery date (past the 15 day return policy. Very unfair). Extremely disappointed at Sony products. Do NOT buy.

    Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.

    I bought my nephew a new TV for his birthday end it was a little larger and I recall the troubles they had putting that one up so I decided to add the geek squad with TV set up and delivery it was well worth It for my nephew as with his schedule it was nice to come home to a new TV hanging on the wall above the fireplace and the TV is protected for five years

    Great service after factor warranty has expired. Customer service has always been great and we purchase this on all our Electronics . Very pleased with our service after the sale.

    I never have mounting. All my TV's sit on a 3 Tier Stand. The Geek Squad is so professional they could install your tv anywhere and get the best results. I have never had an angry word or been disappointed with the Geek Squad. On line or in my home these guys know how to get the job done.
