I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

Haven't had to use this particular Geek Squad protection plan yet, but I have confidence it'll pay for itself.

So glad we purchased as the tv developed a bad panel and was not fun to look at. Use of the warranty was very easy and painless.

I do not normally buy extended warranties, but the day I bought my $3k dollar tv I had to drive 3 hours and it was freezing drizzle and I had no other means to pick it up than in the open bed of my pick-up. Great peace of mind if you have to get something expensive and have difficult circumstances to get it home in case of damage.

My LG tv broke and Geek Squad helped me to replace it. They were very nice and helpful. The protection plan was worth it.

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo

Worth it for the piece of mind . Decided to go with this after 2 of our TVs purchased in the last 5yrs crapped out. Sadly they don’t make televisions like they used to , I had a Samsung that lasted me for 11 years no problems... my last Samsung only lasted for four years. Vizio lasted for 4yrs and Insignia 3yrs ...figured 5yr plan chances are good I’ll probably need it.

as you know technology has the 50/50 chance of going bad. i've never had an issue of my stuff going bad as of yet (knock on wood) but I like the ease of mind knowing my product is secured for years to come. price is always a great deal with bestbuy, mid as well purchase it if you want to avoid the hassle of when unfortunately it does happen and you feel your money is now going down the drain.

Well i did receive the information quickly and i haven't used it yet. I needed extra coverage just in case for years to come.

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

I never buy anything with out the warranty it always pays for itself later on.

I like having the opp to have this service when needed

A no brainer for OLED TVs as it covers screen burn in (image retention)

I highly recommend buying the protection plan when purchasing a new TV. After four years my television display went. The manufacturer had no interest in helping. I forgot I had ourched the protection plan until I signed in to my Bestbuy account. The tech who came to my home could not repair it, so I was given a credit towards a new one which is an upgrade from what I had.
