I’ll never not use this service after having an issue with the TV. Take it back no questions asked

Very good protection and excellent response when I was used for a TV warranty, normally everything that I buy in Best Buy works great, and always I receive a great attention! Thank you!

The geek squad technicians that came to my home to service my tv were very good. However, the customer service on the phone, scheduling (a 12 HOUR WINDOW) and the lack of follow through (being told someone will call me back or email me) from the escalation team and never hearing from anyone. And being told that there must be 3 SERVICE CALLS (not including diagnostic ones) in order for them to replace the broken tv) made this a very bad customer service experience.

We've only had our TV for a little over a month, but I feel so much better knowing that I have this service, just in case anything happens. Thank you, GEEK SQUAD!!!

I have used geek squad on a couple of other items (computer, vacuum, washer and dryer). The couple of times we had to use them, they were easy and quick to use. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

What more do you expect? It's a plan there in case you break it.

The geek squad protection is 2nd to none hands down never leave best buy without a warranty, no matter what you will never go through a 3rd party warranter you will always deal with best buy directly

All my appliances were vreaking down at the same time: the laptop, tv, smartphone, and etc. My tv wasn’t even a year old yet. I digned up for 5 year agreement for peace of mind. It is an excellent investment

The color and black spots are impeccable! The best tv I've owned!

Hope you don't need it but 5 years covers it. My Vizio panel went bad after 4years 10 months, 5 Year got me into my new LG without having to pay hardly anything out of pocket! Was easy to call and initiate with Best Buy, had a new TV next day.

Did not order this set up service. Was informed that this is a much better warranty and that you stick by it as Amazon does not stick by their warranties.

The Staff of Geek Squard are the best...Phil always greets me with a Welcoming Smile. His expertise is always astonishing to always helps me figure it out. Our challenging time on the Laptop or Internet are swift and rewarding with the answer to my dilemma! Jason, the GM, always helps me as well. I just purchased a 55 inch Samsung KS9000 television. I felt that it was important to also purchase 5 years of Geek Squad Protection. I have always had great experiences with Geek Squad. Anytime I have a problem, all I have to do is call them and they try to help me over the phone. If they cannot help over the phone, they come out to my house. The Geek Squad is always very professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Definitely protect your stuff people. With all the tech we have you should know by now that things break and or stop working for no reason sometimes.

If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.

Great TV I love the picture quality and the streaming network installed

Havent had to use it. Hopefully I never do. Its good to have some protection for mass produced chromebooks that your kid has to have for school
