Must have for electronics that get a lot of usage. Plus, I get this for anything I spend over $100 for as I don't like taking chances and wasting money for things that could possibly break. Now if it breaks after the warranty runs out then that's fine with me as I got my money's worth in my opinion.

I had bought a Vizio tv where it would shut of intermittently so I called Vizio they were no help. So bought a new Samsung tv I love this thing to death always purchase a extended warranty I hope I don’t have to use mine but if I do I know I’ll be covered! :)

I like it, I just hate that I can't bring it directly to the store.

The delivery guy was nice, professional and carried the TV with care.

I got this for my 50” flat screen. 1 year later I call them up and tell them somehow my screen is glitched on one side I sent pictures and they told me they couldn’t fix it. So they gave me a free TV. Smaller but it was an upgrade. My flat screen was just a regular tv ended up getting a Samsung 43”

Haven't needed their services, but happy with that!

Upgraded from a 55” and it was a great decision. Love it !

I haven't had a need to use it yet, but definitely would recommend just for peace of mind when purchasing anything tech-wise

Great method of getting peace of mind for your expensive TV purchase. The burn-in coverage is something unique when it comes to warranties offered by established sellers.

Fortunately, haven't had to use it yet. But with prior experience with another product... It was a bit inconvenient to have to set up an appointment in order just to drop off and pickup for service. (This prior to Covid). And what happened to be wrong with product wasn't covered under the plan. It was a bit deceptive in what it covered when purchased. I was under the impression that if anything went wrong with product, it would be corrected. You need to pay attention to fine print, to amount of time of warranty and to specifications of what will be covered. Ended up costing me additional money to get repaired. In this instance, not worth the coverage price. Yet, on the purchase of a different product... it was repaired 3x's. Again with the appointments for pickup and drop off. (Prior to Covid) Finally, was replaced with a comperable item. The one I had purchased had been discontinued. In this case, the plan was worth it, minus the inconvenience of picking up and dropping off by appointment. It was just strange that they wouldn't discuss anything with you about problems with product without an appointment. So it basically comes down to what you're purchasing, cost of products and cost of replacing them, as to whether or not price of additional warranty is worth it.

Purchased this service agreement with the purchase of our new 85" TV and mount.

If you get a chance to take advantage of this within the first 2yrs after purchase, then you'll be golden. Sadly most electronics seemed to be programmed to fail within 24hrs after any insurance, protection, warranty, etc. have expired lol

My TV was poorly packaged and arrived broken and cracked. One call to the Geek Squad and arrangements were made for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund on the TV and 5 year protection plan.

I really appreciate and love the installers because they walk me through it explained everything to me and fixed and clean what they messed up

Always worth getting the protection plan! A piece of my vacuum broke off many years later and I got a full refund in store credit.

We purchased a new Samsung television but wanted the extra protection beyond the manufacturer's warranty. The cost was a no brainer given the amount of things it covered. With options of three and five year coverage, we ultimately went with the five year. The cost difference was minimal making the five year the better deal.

I used to work for Geek Squad for years and customers who bought it and would need us to repair or replace the TV were so happy they did. Customers who didn't were always made at us when their TV broke and either spent a lot of money fixing it or bought another TV. I always get the protection plans, reduces the stress for when things go wrong.
