I love Best Buy. I love their warranties. Their warranties are second I will always buy my new TV from this

We would buy this protection every time it is offered - BestBuy really honors their customers when a product fails and does not make it a big hassle to use it. We buy some products from BestBuy just because of this protection plan vs buying it from another box store or online retailer.

Always get the geek squad protection. Had to use it once nad it paid off in a bug way.

I almost always buy buy the Geek Squad protection plan for any TV or computer purchase. We recently had a bad power surge that knocked out several of our TVs. One TV was still under the 5 yr warranty. I took the TV in, they sent it to be checked out. Best Buy ended up replacing my 4 1/2 year old TV with a brand new one, that ended up being an upgrade from what I had. Well worth the money in this case.

The installation was done fast and he was friendly.

Gives you the piece of mind in case something goes wrong.

Purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan to go with our new 65” Samsung TV. Only had the TV for about 2 weeks now and so far no issues and hopefully we don’t have to use it but if we do, we will definitely be holding Best Buy to their part of the deal for sure!

Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

When your new TV costs all of $400 it's a no brainer to pay a bit extra for the extended warranty. Still, I hope I never need to use it!

The agents came out to my home to fix the speaker on my Samsung TV. The TV was bought new but the speaker was faulty. They fixed the issue and were out in about 20 minutes from my home.

So worth the added investment I am replacing a 65" TV that was previously covered by an extended warranty,I normally never buy them but luckily I did. The TV picture started to fail and after 4 years it was still covered under the extended warranty although I admit the process took time they reimbursed me for the original full purchase price.

I thought when I had it delivered they would set it up, but they can’t. I did it, wasn’t too bad. This TV was delivered because I had purchased a Insignia 55”, and thank goodness the 5 year extend warranty. It broke. Went black after one year. I haven’t had this TV a month, so far so good. Ask me in a year or two.

I purchased the accidental Geek Squad Protection to protect my devices as if I were protecting my financial investments. This protection plan is a must , it’s always good to protect your electronics , you never know what can happen , all this years being a BB customer the protection plans have saved me lot of money on repairs

Purchasing a new Smart TV introduced me to the world of the Geek Squad! My first Geek rep set up my TV and explained all the info. It was as if the TV manual came to life. He was a professional and made sure we understood all of the details of the TV. He was a credit to Best Buy's reputation!

I f I ever need t use the protection plan it’s nice to know it’s there and well worth the money. I’ve checked out what other plans offer and this goes beyond all of them and it’s nice to know they stand behind their products like they do.
