Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

I bought a Hisense Roku t.v. that blinked out on me after a few years and I didn’t get the extended warranty. When I purchased the LG t.v. I definitely included an extended warranty package.

I read great things about Geek Squad protection for OLED TVs. I got a G3 77 inch recently and this is super critical as backup just in case.

They didnt bother questioning the problem, they just exchanged my tv based on my word. It took more than a month but it was sorted out, thankyou!

I usually don't get the protection plan but I bought a $2,000 television so I thought I ought to have to get the 5-year so now I feel safer. Mmmm much safe. I would recommend the protection plan on purchases over $1,000.

Haven't had to use it yet for my tv. But not a bad thing to have for just in case.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

We were smart this time and got the protection plan. We have gone through several TVs. We have kids and now I can relax knowing if another lego goes through my tv I’m not gonna stress out about it will be protected.

Geek Squad is very much worth it if you need help setting a device up or mounting a tv! Also are reliable when you want to make a claim for a device.

Geek Squad Protection is definitely worth it. In the case a dead pixel appears or the entire LED display goes out, they can replace or fix it pretty easily.

Love the option of having the extra protection of the geek squad.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).
