I read the list of coverage and decided to purchase the 5 year plan to cover my 60" television. If it fails, the plan will repair it. Looks like good insurance against an unexpected failure just in case. I always keep my products in good condition and for long periods of time.

This was a really good buy for my grandkids. It was the perfect item for their convenience. I have purchased others and recommended this it to others.

The guys took my tv and sent it for repair since it had a protection plan. Unfortunately my tv was repairable and was given the oportunity to get another. I decided to upgrade with the help of a team member. Thanks Best Buy for coming through.

A pretty good product protection plan. Worth the extra money so you don't have to worry about replacing your product and costing you full price again.

I had a Samsung 32” tv that died after 2 years. Such a disappointment. So I bought a 32” Toshiba smart tv and purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price.

They are very respectful and responsive and get the work done

My last TV burned out after 4 years and I didn't have any protection. This was a no-brainer to pay a few extra bucks a month to cover myself.

I have not had any trouble with the TV I purchased this policy for. However this TV replaced another one that I had the Geek Squad protection on. The TV could not be repaired so Best Buy just gave me back the amount I paid and I purchase the TV I currently have. It truly was no hassle.

I rarely get protection plans anymore. Best Buy is so wonderful at fulfilling a protection plan they are worth the cost on more expensive purchases. Best Buy has the best customer service of any store I've ever dealt with.

Hoping to not need it. But provides peace of mind for home servicing of tvs 40 inch & over

Got the plan and used it on a computer that got damaged by water spill by my kid. They allow you to replace it or get money back.

so if u need to return your tv after 1 year and u have a 5 year warranty u loose 4 years of it because u have to buy a new warranty for the new tv they give u. my advise is to get a 2 year warranty and just renew it 3 months before just incase its breaks sooner than later
