    I hope i never have to use this but it is a nice feature to have. Figure it was better to have it in case. Replacing a new TV can get expensive

    Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

    Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3

    For my first Oled tv I wanted to get the protection plan to cover myself. Just in case. I like having peace of mind. Best buy is the only place that covers burn in.

    Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

    A little expensive but my experience with their warranty policy has been pleasant. I haven’t had any issues with this TV but I feel confident any problems will be resolved satisfactorily! Installers were polite and efficient.

    I've only used Best Buy warranty once in my life. It was with TIVO DVR OTA. It stopped working, took it to Best Buy, and they told me to get a new one. End of the story. K9
