Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

I read the list of coverage and decided to purchase the 5 year plan to cover my 60" television. If it fails, the plan will repair it. Looks like good insurance against an unexpected failure just in case. I always keep my products in good condition and for long periods of time.

My suggestion is to always always get the protection plan

I have gone to the Geek Squad numerous times over the past years. They have always been so helpful and patient with my limited knowledge of technology. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about their electronics!

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!
