Geek Squad 5 year Protection. What more do you need. Pays for itself in the long run

Hadn't had to use them in a long, long time but last time I did it was Excellent!!!!

Haven't needed Geek Squad assistance but have heard good things about their service.

Why not protect your investment it always bad when you buy something expensive and then it stops working not having this protection means going out and buy a new one with your money.

I normally don't have any problems with the products that I buy at BestBuy(not an employee) Lol, but it's nice to know that I'm covered just in case that something does goes wrong. The warranty prices are descent and thank God I still haven't used one yet.

This is a great protection to have after the tv warranty runs out. So when I saw that Best Buy offer this plan. I absolutely jumped on board.

As with other protection plans we have been satisfied with the assistance and helpfulness that they have always provided when we had an issue. We would always recommend purchasing a service plan.

Getting protection is never a bad thing! Highly Recommend You Start Getting a Protection Plan, if you don’t already. Very helpful in the long run

It was so worth it!!! Towards the end of my plan, believe it or not, my tv went out a month before it expired and got me a new TV.

So far, so good. Haven't had to use it yet. Would purchase again.

Practically a must do today with products not as reliable as years back. Saves additional headaches & $$$$.

When my TV died and I thought I had to buy a new one. Geeksquad protection came in and gave me a full refund

With these high tech TVs it's possible this type of coverage will come in handy, it sure did for a previous 70inch Sharp Aquos TV that I had to return. I now have this coverage for 2 recent large screen purchases. I would not risk a purchase now without it

Awesome thing to have with fast service. Bestbuy couldn’t have offered a better service.

This Warranty is useful for high usage and certain areas that the product will be used in, like high traffic areas and areas that are subject to electrical outages.

The only good thing about it is knowing you'll have a replacement for 5 years if something goes bad. After dealing with the geek squad customer service multiple time on multiple products it leaves a lot to be desired. Plus I had to pay another $150 for new protection plan on my tv I traded in for, simply because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my tv. I don't think it's fair that I paid $150 initially for the protection and guarantee they will fix what's wrong and because they can't figure it out have to pay another $150 because they were stumped and tired of trying. 5-6 attempts and still couldn't get it.

Peace of mind with a good quaility warranty, I had to use on other products I purchase, I had good service when it happened
