Purchased the Geek Squad for a new 32 inch smart television for that extra protection coverage.

Great to have especially when you have kids! You never know what might happen. Geek squad was able to help me out when I needed it most. Highly recommend

this might be good if something goes wrong...hope we don't need it. This was purchased because I made a mistake elsewhere and didn't purchase a plan. Then when needed didn't have it.

I bought a new LG tv and got the 5 year geek squad protection plan for ease of mind. I didn’t do it on my last tv and regretted it as it died after the manufacture warranty. This time if anything does happen I’ll be covered.

I have a Geek squad warranty on my computer and they have saved my day a few times already. Got an extended 5 year warranty today for my new 55 inch Samsung 4K TV so no worries for a while. I like that they would fix it at home due to the size!

i purchased a new TV. I needed to have it delivered and installed. By purchasing this it was more economical then paying for delivery and installation. Installation was great.

So far good. Have not had to contact Geek Squad but sounds easy to do if and when we need them!

Product seems to be a pretty good value. I would appreciate a better way to document my purchase. It is sometimes difficult to retain the email with the details of the warranty. A printed off or electronic certificate would be easier to locate if needed.

Smartest thing I could have done, because you never know when something might happen to the TV. You only have a 30 day return policy and then after that it's on you and I don't have the money to just run out and have repairs done to the TV.

Not sure yet how this warranty works will look soon

I bought this for the peace of mind that it provides and hope I'll never have to use it. Even if I don't end up needing it, I still think it's worth the money.

We always purchase Geek Squad protection. The customer services is always friendly and helpful. They walk you though step by step (which is great for a non-techie!)

Yeah this makes me feel better about not moving with my TV. Worth it - even if you dont use it.
