Unfortunately I’ve found that not buying protection plans seems to be more expensive than buying them. Nothing seems to last as long as we expect anymore.

Haven't had to use it yet, but i but alot from best buy, the feeling is nice when you know your products are covered.

The tv is a very good overall. Just needed a simple one to plug a Roku in. The picture is beautiful and works beautifully overall

I love geek squad because they’re upfront with everything and they come fast to repair your tvs and any other items you purchase.

I have not had a chance to use this product. I don't know if this was a smart purchase for me or not, but after I had trouble with a previous TV purchase, thought I would get it.

So far so good as my tv for protection plan. But I have had before those tv without protection die out. And I thought let me have protection plan this time.

I've been in IT in several countries for 25 years, Geek Squad is really not worth anything, I paid extra for it, had the tv sitting in the box, when I went to put it up the screen had a crack in it, Geek squad doesn't cover that so now its a boat anchor. Waste of time don't bother, get your teenage relative to fix it, just as talented more than likely.

Always buy extended warranty for electronics, now days expect 2 -3 of working service after that extended warranty will cove you and you will be happy you bought it.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS SERVICE SHOULD BE RATED. I BOUGHT A CHEAP TV THAT MAY NEED TO BE SERVICED IN THE FUTURE. HAD THE TV FOR THREE WEEKS SO FAR SO GOOD NO NEED FOR THE SERVICE

Got my LG C7 replaced with the newest version, the C9. Geek squad said since they couldn't get the parts in time to fix my old TV they would upgraded to the newest version. Fast and easy.

For my big-item purchase that contains delicate electronics, this seemed like a good idea, "just in case." So far so good, but you never know, and it does give me peace of mind.
