Geek squad is very helpful in solving any problems you may have

Nice protection plan . A can't miss. Although something ill never need to use.

We have lots of thunder storms here in Central Florida. The Geek Squad 5 year protection includes power surges. Glad I got this. Have good service from Geek Squad in the past.

Geek Squad Protection plans have saved me numerous times over the many years. Will continue to purchase in the future for certain items purchased. Good value for the money.

Had a protection plan on a 19" Insignia TV that stopped delivering audio. Took TV in and because of the protection plan got a replacement immediately. Definitely worth the money!

I haven't had to use it -- that's kind of the point - it wards off failures so you don't need it -- but let yourself go without one? Trouble. Big trouble.

As of this date in my life I have been very lucky with all my electronic purchases and not having to use any kind of extended service. I know as some point this is going to run out and if I can have five years of piece of mind I am good with that.

I thought this review was for my 5 year warranty not Geek Squad service. Although, I could use Geek Squad services to make sure I'm getting top quality picture from my TV. I hope I will be able to leave the future better review about Geek Squad services.

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

Geek Squad is out standing in addressing issues and getting them resolved. With Total protection I can feel assured all my products are protected. Great program.

This is another item that’s a must. We’ve used the Geek Squad a time or two and couldn’t imagine life without it, they haven’t failed us yet!
