Always purchase the plan. Good to have. My 2013 TV stopped working. I was covered till 2018. Wasn't able to fix TV. I was reimbursed for the price I paid for TV in 2013.

Hella good protection i wouldnt change for anything in the world. Good purchase anybody that dont buy it is cray cray

I've had to use a warranty from here for one of my stereos no questions asked they couldn't repair it and I got a new one.

This warranty is a must because I had to have my 4K Sony traded out after three years because the television died. But they were quick to set up the 2017 model.

Luckily I haven't had to use my Geek Squad Protection. But it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have it.

I have not had to use the service yet. The coverage is very comprehensive and price is much more reasonable than other protection / service plans.

What's not to like? Best Buy will either fix or replace my open box LED TV, for $30 for 5 years Geek Squad protection. That's a little over 1 1/2 cents per day!

Even though u are paying alot for the item it's great to have backup protection , never know when it will go bad

It gives me peace of mind knowing that my equipment is protected. I would purchase this again even if it wasn't damaged.
