I haven’t had to use my Geek Squad service however, I’ve heard great things about the service they provide.

The 2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is good to have on your device just in case something go wrong with it.

Never had to use them, but they're always helpful when I visit the store. The delivery was fine, but they had the wrong color refrigerator. Not the geek squads' fault.

I have the Geek Squad protection but have not had to use it. I am extremely glad to know that if i ever have issues I can contact the Geeks for assistance.

My Sharp 50in hdtv panel failed to work after have it for only 2years. Lucky I bought the 5 year plan and they replaced my tv with the newest upgrade..

I have not had to use it and hope not to. But, is a goof Idea because I have been burned before with the last TV that I purchased. So, I do recommend.
