EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THE PROTECTION THAT YOU WILL GET IF YOU EVER NEED IT.

Price was reasonable due to low cost of equipment (tv) that it supposedly protects. Will see in the future how BestBuy applies the extended protection if needed.

Definitely would recommend. Important to use this service and have peace of mind with all the products.

When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.
