So far so good. My TV remote broke, I brought it to bestbuy, they took it and sent me a neq one in a few days! I bought the 5 year warranty for my 55" oled LG TV because all the reviews said it gets burn in on the screen...it's been 3years and NOburn-in, absolutely no issues at all.

Great service after factor warranty has expired. Customer service has always been great and we purchase this on all our Electronics . Very pleased with our service after the sale.

Purchase this to make sure we were protected during our time of ownership.

This is the second time I’ve purchased the extra coverage. It’s well worth it! My last TV quit working and it was a very simple process to get it exchanged. I received back my purchase price as a store credit to use on my new (better) TV.

The agent that delivered was great! Set everything up where we wanted it with great care and hooked it all up. He made sure everything was working, gave us some instructions and we were set to go. Thanks Geek Squad,

I have a very high level of peace-of-mind knowing my item is covered by the Geek Squad!

I add the GSP or GSPR plans to just about every item I buy that offers them. At worst it is like a cheap insurance plan for my new item that I don't wind up using because the item held up great. At best they are there should something go wrong and I don't have to pay the full cost of a repair or replacement out of pocket.

I'm not a big fan of warranties on small electronics. But for a $400 TV . . . I bought the 2-year warranty for a little over $20. I figured that if something is going to go wrong with the set, it should happen within two years. Otherwise, it should be OK. Then it would be time for a new TV, anyway. My only interaction with the Geek Squad was on a carry-into-the-store computer problem. They diagnosed the problem and recommended a self-fix (which worked), and charged me nothing! I was impressed.

I found out after first purchase to add Geek. Works wonderful from home did not have to go into store for one of my devices. But did on computer problem and they solved the problem very quickly.

Weird thing to ask for a review on, but okay. We basically got this as insurance because we were getting a tv delivered and the contactless delivery nulls the usual delivery-related insurance. So covid19 safety won out and we got this to be safe. Didn't need it for the delivery (that went well), and I suppose we have it in case we need it going forward. Hopefully we don't. You know how it goes.

Submitted a claim went through like a breeze glad it wasn’t a hassle thanks geeks!

It’s just good to know that if the tv breaks that it’s covered! Less worry when you buy brands you’ve never used before!

This little tv is great for a guest room. You can download any channel app and log in or purchase.

Get the warranty my 75 went out 4.5 years in they came out checked it and within 2 weeks i had a brand new one hanging on the wall thanks bestbuy and thanks Geek Squad
