The Gerk Squad is a AWESOME service i have never had a issue

Hope you don't need it but 5 years covers it. My Vizio panel went bad after 4years 10 months, 5 Year got me into my new LG without having to pay hardly anything out of pocket! Was easy to call and initiate with Best Buy, had a new TV next day.

It is always good to get the protection plan on almost everything, some things have defects & what not. I bought a brand new tv had it a lil over a month & started to see red dots in several places called the geek squad they sent someone out & it had to be replaced, had i not had that protection plan i would have been on my own, at least get the two yrs if nothing else

The customer service I received was favorable The geek squad replaced my TV with a newer one and delivered it right into my living room. They were friendly.

I bought this for an open box TV, but I have returned the TV and never used this.

I love having the peace of mind that I can get service without a large out of pocket expense. This warranty replaced one of my previous TVs.

I always get the warranty when I buy TVs or high price electronics.

My old Samsung 4K 75-inch TV started having white spots in the display after 5 years of regular use. Thanks to this protection plan I was able to replace it with whatever's new out there, without needing to pay an arm and a leg and just paying the difference. This protection plan saved my life, I definitely recommend considering it!

I'm a big fan of the Geek Squad protection packages. They replaced a 65" LG OLED C6 TV a few years ago due to burn in and the replacement process was hassle free and went very smoothly. On a side note, the standard warranty included with LG OLED TVs does not cover burn in. I purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plans on all electronics I buy from Best Buy.

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

If I ever have to use the Geek Squad warranty I’ll feel confident if they all are as competent, knowledgeable and courteous as Kelyn.
