I've never needed to use the geek squad service plan that I purchased, but when you meet them in the store you know they are totally capable of handling any technical issues you may have with a variety of products. Definitely something I suggest with every purchase, especially those who aren't tech savvy, like me.

THIS IS NOT A GEEK SQUAD REVIEW!!! THEY DID NOT INSTALL. After I found where the A/C in was (never even addressed in the install sheet), the TV has a great picture and almost everything seems to work just fine. The extras are super. The only negative thing is that (unless there is more hidden information) when I plug in the "Audio Out" to another device, it bypasses the TV's sound. I didn't downgrade the rating, but if not something I can fix, doesn't detract form the overall score for the unit.

I have been getting this plan on every tv that I have bought from Best Buy and it’s been a real life saver. It has helped me to replace the damaged or broken tv and be able to upgrade at that time as well. They also do the take down and set up to help out as well as take the old tv and box to dispose of for you.

Peace of mind for an expensive purchase. I've seen to many videos of dogs, cats, & children breaking TV's.

I would always recommend this, especially on small appliances and television as if you need it they are courteous and prompting getting you satisfaction and it always helps to be able to get things taken care of right away

I have not needed the geek squad for this purchase and hopefully I wont but i have in the past and it was helpful.

The Qeek Squad is excellent! They have helped me so much. They keep my computer running like it should.

This protection is a must and adds a sense of ease when purchasing items that may fail outside of manufactures warranty. Value for the money is also good.

I highly recommend Geek Squad extended warranty. I have had 2 TVs fail which, were covered by the warranty. Best Buy replaced both TVs no problem. All I had to do was make the phone call; the new TV was delivered, and the old TV taken away. In fact, I upgraded the last time and just had to pay the difference.

The agent set up my TV and downloaded all apps for me!

At first i wasnt to sure about getting this, the TV was already expensive enough right but then it was brought to my attention that anything could happen and in the past i have had TVs damaged without having a back uo plan, getting this protwction plan was and still is a great choice if you truly want this TvlV for ling term.

Geek squad has been awesome not only did they accepted to take a look at my TV once they found the problem and we're unable to fix it they were very truthful and kind to refund me what I had pay for the television. I was eskeptical in regards to their service but they are amazing.

Have had to use this protection twice and both times was a pleasant experience, I believe it is better to have the protection and not need it than to need it and not have it, honestly I can recommend getting the extended warranty, without hesitation
