Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

All good so far as I haven't had to use the extended protection at this point. I will say though that in the distant past (back when a 65in Pioneer Plasma TV cost between $9,000 -10,000) they allowed an extension of the original extended warranty and honored their coverage in about year 8 of warranty replacing that TV with an equivalent unit (now Panasonic) which is still in use today some 14 years from the original purchase and still a great TV especially for sports, action and 3D movies.

My mom love this offer because in case the television stop working she can get a replacement for the television the wall mount

A must-have installation and set up was great connected everything including sound bar checked all connections and make sure everything was a great condition before leaving And I have the peace of mind known if anything goes wrong I am covered

Geek squad is the best. Always very helpful and friendly and eager to get the job done. Sometimes there is a bit of wait time but that is telling me they are busy because they know what they are doing and fix problems.

Geek Squad Protection was a life saver! Don't go without it. Superb service! Will definitely continue to buy directly from Best Buy!

Excellent TV. This was actually an Open Box. I got an excellent deal on it from bestbuy. Didn't come with the Remote, I called LG and they shipped me one at ni extra cost

Had to replace my other tv I bought from Best Buy and I bought the 5 year warranty and it’s great to have so you can use that replacement to get another tv!

I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

This has helped to get answers to all of my queries and give peace of mind that my TV is protected for the next 5 years (a typical life for a product like that). Bets part of this is that if my TV breaks / has any issues then Best Buy Geek Squad Total Tech Support will fix it and if they can't then either they will replace the TV at no extra cost or if the current TV model is no more available then I get the price of my TV back to buy another TV.
