    Not one for much with warranties because they always seem to have so many terms. This warranty provided by the Geek Squad seems like the real deal a no worry warranty backed by Best Buy. I used this warranty in the past and was happy with the service

    This is the best protection for all home electronics. We recently had to use it on a Large Screen TV (58 inch). The TV had a great picture, but kept having sound problems. After we had the Geek Squad out for a 3rd time in 2 years , we were given a fair credit on the unit and upgraded to a Sony 58 inch.

    I’m confused about the returned note… geek squad guys requested for the exchange of the tv… we end up getting a different tv and paid extra and that’s fine but was told we can’t transfer the protection we paid extra to this new tv… we paid for 5 yrs protection and it’s only over a year and problem arises..

    Purchased an OLED tv and I would be lying if I didn’t feel nervous about encountering any issues. Such as power surge issues, burn-in, dead pixels etc. I usually lose power at my house during a heavy storm and living in Florida we get those quite often. So that is a big concern for me and of course the possibility of burn-in. I doubt my tv usage would cause burn-in early on but the peace of mind is worth it. I’d highly recommend geek squad protection

    Nice tv picture quality but you have to sign into samsung every single time you do anything on this tv because SaMGSUnG suksballs

    I bought this because the price was so good, and I have had Geek Squad protection plans before. Have not had to use it yet, but its there just in case.

    I bought the 5 year Geek Squad protection for my previous Hisense TV that stopped working about 2 years later. It wasn't cost effective to fix it so they replaced it with another Hisense TV which I also bought another 5 year protection. I am so happy I had protection!

    Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

    I was a little reluctant at 1st to spend $450 for a 5 year warranty for my Samsung - 85" Class Q70A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. After reading the customer reviews from the customers that didn’t purchase it really regretted not purchasing the warranty. I feel much more comfortable now that I purchased the warranty for my tv.

    WE discovered after unboxing the 75 inch television, that there was an internal flaw....the screen did not show! When I called, the gentleman said a replacement television would be sent out and the flawed one would be picked up....and it was within 3 days!!!

    We bought the 5-Yr warranty from Best Buy for our 55-in TV. We had a problem about 2 years later which was fully covered by the plan. We had a pixel issue about 5 months later which couldn't be fixed. Best Buy replaced the TV with the newest version for no charge at all. They even delivered it to my house and picked up on the old one! I will be buying the plan again.
