Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.

I strongly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Protection for any major purchase you make at Best Buy! We had purchased our TV three years ago when one part of the screen went dark. We called and they sent someone to our house (we are 90 miles from the nearest store), who said it couldn't be fixed. Once their insurance reviewed it, we were given store credit towards a new TV. Pay for the Geek Squad Protection...you may never need it, but if you do, it will be money well spent!

Worth it for the piece of mind . Decided to go with this after 2 of our TVs purchased in the last 5yrs crapped out. Sadly they don’t make televisions like they used to , I had a Samsung that lasted me for 11 years no problems... my last Samsung only lasted for four years. Vizio lasted for 4yrs and Insignia 3yrs ...figured 5yr plan chances are good I’ll probably need it.

I never have mounting. All my TV's sit on a 3 Tier Stand. The Geek Squad is so professional they could install your tv anywhere and get the best results. I have never had an angry word or been disappointed with the Geek Squad. On line or in my home these guys know how to get the job done.

This is a great television set and I would recommend it to anyone seeks the maximum in image quality. Samsung's nano-crystal technology allows for vibrant colors and great brightness. The TV itself has wonderful software features such as SmartHub which allows for apps including Netflix, Hulu, etc. For the gamers, this TV offers an amazing refresh rate meaning that you will be able to have an immersive gaming experience without experiencing any issues, especially with those more fast paced games.

I highly recommend buying the protection plan when purchasing a new TV. After four years my television display went. The manufacturer had no interest in helping. I forgot I had ourched the protection plan until I signed in to my Bestbuy account. The tech who came to my home could not repair it, so I was given a credit towards a new one which is an upgrade from what I had.

Tv is amazing, and very portable to use in any place

Imagine red lines down the tv and you just realized it is a new 80" Enough said Best Buy will make sure that new investment works well beyond you paying it off. I always use my Best Buy credit card. If you look at my photo, you can imagine something going wrong past the manufactures alloted time. With my 5 year I know that for 5 years our family will have a working 65" that if something happens Best Buy will pick it up and bring us back a working unit for 60 months.

5 Yr Warranty Protection Is Amazing. Just never know what can ever happen to your appliances when you buy them especially at an Pricey Price. Anything is possible to happen so I went with the 5 yr warranty protection which it’s covered through “Geek Squad Protection”

Always recommend protections plans from Best Buy! They’ve helped me big time after a few years

Awesome extended TWO Year warranty. Love the Geek Squad warranties. Because typically if something goes wrong during the warranty BestBuy will just swap it for a new unit versus wasting time waiting for a repair! Well worth the warranty for peace of mind!

GeekSquad has always been a great additional service offered by BestBuy. One of the reasons I always check BestBuy first!

I gave a 3 because the genetleman that I talked to was cordial. I decided to call due to a defect on the ethernet port on my 35" TV. This service is not convenient if you are not close to the store. To use their services, you have to take the merchandise to the store. For customers that are more than an hour away, not convenient. Will not purchase the geek squad plan again.

Geek Squad does upstairs delivery, setup and haul; away and rescues my bad back. I used Best Buy's crack service division, The Geek Squad to install my new 77 inch HDTV in our small home theater room upstairs. They exceeded all my expectations from speed, cost technical smarts, courtesy and COVID-19 safety. Price was more than reasonable for the total value we received!

Very fast very professional. I enjoyed the experience so much I bought another TV with the same exact warranty just because of how professional the geek squad is highly recommended.
