The protection plan was explained to us and how it worked and it was a no-brainer as far as we were concerned. We purchased this as well along with our TV.

Why not buy a five-year warranty? The peace of mind and so much more that comes with it and if anything by chance happened in five years, you get it fixed free or brand new one.

Haven't need it yet but the best buy employee helped me understand the value of this, especially for OLED TV long term. Worth the price imo

I've never had any issues with my warranties. I actually recommend Best Buy to everyone for their purchases needs more or less because of how easy it is to utilize the warranty in the event something happens

Great service from Yaz T, CIA Sr. Geek squad. She very helpful in processing our store credit for our malfunctioning TV.

Only problem is three service calls before an exchange. Tech was on time and courteous. Finally after 45 days authorization for exchange was given. Authorized 50 inch as 49 was no longer made with one model drop. Still worth the money !
