This is definitely worth the price seeing how TVs these days are made with lights that can burn out quickly. So I have a peace of mind knowing that in the next five years I can get it fixed and not have to worry about it. Would definitely recommend getting this if you're going to buy any electronic especially TVs.

I purchased this for my new Hisense TV. The TV died in 6 weeks and when I called the Geek Squad I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer for the first year of the warrenty. This is understandable. The Geek Squard member was very nice. My issue was when I tried to cancel it my refund was prorated.

This was protection for an Open Box TV. I have already reviewed that TV as excellent and the warranty was not needed. I cannot say I would recommend the service since I did not need to use it but if you are purchasing an open box I guess, like me, you may wish to buy the warranty as it still was cheaper than the full price of a new set.

I f I ever need t use the protection plan it’s nice to know it’s there and well worth the money. I’ve checked out what other plans offer and this goes beyond all of them and it’s nice to know they stand behind their products like they do.

Best Buy has the best in damage protection. If I've ever had an issue they either fix, replace or refund. THAT'S why i always buy the piercing plans from them on my expensive items.

Love purchasing this plans. You never know what can go qrong with an electronic devide. All thw representatives were kind a d help me through out my plan with Gsquad

I have the geek squad service haven't had to use it as of yet. But I am confident they would take care of my problems. It's just good to know that you have them there if you need them. I know someone who has The Geek Squad service. And they say they took care of all their problems. Rated five-star

I always buy the protection when spending nearly 2000 on a tv. Bought the KS9500 and within the first 6 months, the screen displayed a line of dead pixels! Glad I had the protection.

The installation was done fast and he was friendly.

Gives you the piece of mind in case something goes wrong.

Cashed my last 5 year warranty in when 75” TV had a bad motherboard. Purchased again. It’s 20% insurance that something will happen in five years to a very complicated electronic. Becoming more and more a required cost of ownership.

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

We would never buy a TV without a protection plan. On a previous TV we bought years ago, it came in handy. It wasn't able to be fixed and the plan let us replace it with a new TV. All we had to pay was the difference between the two TVs and a new protection plan. Was well worth the extra money for us for that situation

I mounted the TV Myself but the people were very helpful with all the advice they gave me, I appreciate all the recommendations and good energy I was given

Television has an awesome picture and the functionality of the Roku platform is seamless. The image is crystal clear and the sound works great.

I really don't have a basis to rate this yet as I haven't needed to use it and honestly hope I don't ever have to but am glad to have the protection if I need it.

Peace of mind, hopefully won't be needed but will have it just in case
