    @BestBuy @BestBuySupport I am going through a nightmare customer service at Geek Squad Scranton 959 Viewmont Dr Dickson City, PA 18519 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. Just to add into the story I spoke to the manager they reach out to me through DM chat when I posted the same concern over social media.. but again told me to wait for another 24 hours telling me they "escalated" just to tell you whenever they tell you they are escalating means they are going to add 24 hours with every escalation but they will not fix your problem just give you another 24 hours. they are flying pigeons to get across internal communication to resolve any issue. run for your life when the representative tell we are escalating Sir.

    Would definitely recommend purchasing the extended warranty! My old tv stopped worked properly after 4 1/2 years and because I had the 5 year warranty, I received credir for my original purchase that allowed me to upgrade to a newer, better model plus some left over to purchase a bluray player.

    Purchased the extra protection because no one actually repairs televisions anymore, and it has been my experience that Best Buy geek squad far outshines any other competitors. They address issues and concerns promptly and can correct most problems over the phone or online. Great piece of mind.

    I generally do not purchase service warranties. As I was buying a new TV, I decided it would be a good idea. Thankfully I never had to use it.

    I have utilized the protection plan on several items and Best Buy has honored the plan each time. The way appliances are made anymore, it is just smart to get a protection plan on them. There will always be something that happens. Warranty helps me feel better about spending that much money on an appliance or TV

    I took my laptop in thinking it was at the end of life geek squad professionals explain to me that if you wipe delete the old information laptop will work like new they added new virus software works fine took approximately three days and as promised they delivered I’m very pleased with their service

    This service is great because you don’t know when you could need to use it! I bought a TV and my son damaged the TV control and I had to use this guarantee.

    I always get the Geek Squad protection on major purchases recently used it on an oven that we got 4 years ago and they tried to fix it but ultimately replaced it.

    Bought this for the x900h tv I got from Best Buy. With it being a brand new and relatively expensive purchase, I feel much more at peace knowing geek squad is on call if anything were to happen to it with discounted costs for most repairs! Truly recommend for any expensive and applicable purchase!

    Got this on sale. Great picture and decent sound. TV OS is a bit laggy but not unbearble. Great for watching Netflix, was super easy to sign into all my streaming apps!

    I’m having trouble with the picture freezing when the tv is on for Long periods of time but it’s a nice tv when it don’t freeze it don’t freeze all the time it may have been the settings I had it on. . Samsung works with spectrum for streaming your TV without having to buy additional equipment. Nice TV this is the 24” bought it to fit in my armor you may think this is small but once you start watching tv you don’t notice the size. I also have the 50” in my living room that one is fantastic
