    The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.

    The extended warranty has now helped me 3 times get brand new televisions when they weren't able to be repaired.. I won't buy any "investment" without it. Plain and simple..if they can't fix it you get back every penny you paid for it ,for a new one
