Geek Squad warranty is great and come in handy just in case one of your items break down….

Purchased as protection for unforseen future product failure. Provides a comfort level for significant purchase.

Bought this for the x900h tv I got from Best Buy. With it being a brand new and relatively expensive purchase, I feel much more at peace knowing geek squad is on call if anything were to happen to it with discounted costs for most repairs! Truly recommend for any expensive and applicable purchase!

I took my laptop in thinking it was at the end of life geek squad professionals explain to me that if you wipe delete the old information laptop will work like new they added new virus software works fine took approximately three days and as promised they delivered I’m very pleased with their service

This plan is well worth the cost and convience. I purchased this plan with a new LCD TV. My old LCD TV was only 2 years old when the picture went out. All I had to do was bring the TV into Best Buy Geek Squad and they sent it out for repair. A few days later, I was issued credit in full for a new TV because it was to costly to repair. I used the credit twords a bigger and better TV.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

So we decided to get the 5yr warranty instead of 2yrs because there is only $20 difference. Salesperson was very helpful. Basically, best buy will cover for any repairs except if it is a physical problem. Just incase your television will not totally work.. You can get another tv same or close to what you bought or they will give you the money back (perhaps a store credit). I think it is a good idea.

Highly recommended you never know when you may need tos service and to have the piece of mind is worth it to us

I read several review for the tv I was about to purchase and there were some problems. The people had the geek squad protection and noted the timeliness and ease of replacing the troubled product with the protection plan. So I purchased it. I hope I do not have to use it but am glad I have it.

Very professional, newer TV (1 year old) pixels started showing lines vertically on TV screen. Squad determined that it was a manufacturer issue and gave me a credit for the valuation of TV..No hassle, highly recommend.

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.
