Having access to support from Geek Squad agents is always a plus!

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

2 years coverage for ~$100 seems like a great offer for product support from Bestbuy

Definitely worth for TV, I feel most TV's get in to some sort of problem after 3 years, better to have 5 years geek squad coverage for TVs! My last TV broke after 4 years (screen issue!) GS return was little dragged, but at the end, we have been returned full purchase value.

I always add geek squad protection for everything I buy at Best Buy. The coverage is fantastic. Any issues, resolved right away. Damage to charging cords? Replaced no questions asked. Printer issues, refund or exchange for convenience. Questions a phone call away.

Love my Geek Squad protection. I've already used it twice for my computer I previously purchased. I have no worries if something goes wrong, I just call them, they reassure me they can fix, I make an appointment and that's it. I've been very satisfied.

Agent came over help set up and answer all our questions. He was friendly, personable and patient. Great representative for Best Buy.

Usable and easy to apply it to get the help that you need. Just remember that it is concurrent with a manufacturer warranty.

The Tv was changed when i returned it cos itwas damaged

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc 4k smart tv for $120 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now paying $120 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think that's a no brainer.

Geek squad is the the best warranty on the market.

my 14 month old Vizio tv was not working properly and the geek squat came and after a few test their recommendation was to replace the TV . i was giving a replacement # went to the store selected another tv and they deliver the new one and picked up the broken one at no charge ..GREAT PROTECTION PLAN

I buy warranties on all my electronics. If best buy ever got rid of the geek squad warranty id likely never buy another tv from there. But super satisfied
