Geek squad does do a great job at repairs. However trying to get ahold of someone and get something lined up is impossible at times. As long as you are patient they are a great addition to your purchase

Absolutely recommend adding a Geek Squad protection plan to your purchase. They are extremely helpful and can save you a lot of money and trouble. They replaced my tv and the process was very easy.

i recently had to replace a tv after 2 years of use. The geek squad looked at it and it was not repairable. They gave me the money I spent on the TV as a store credit and I purchased another TV.

Getting started wasn't so bad. There were many downloads but I was able to get through a few of them. Still not finished with these setups just yet. I hope I don't need the Geek Squad, but if I do...
