Professionalism at its best and arrived earlier than expected.

Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.

I have had a previous geeks Squad plan and when my TV had issues they handled it in a timely manner and gave me the cost of the tv back since it could not be fixed

I found it more than helpful to always buy a protection plan. After much consideration, it was very welcomed to have just in case. Best Buy is very helpful when it comes to protection plans. I have purchased them in the past and found that it came in handy. You can't go wrong here depending on your purchase.

Geek squad is the best. Get this protection for everything you buy.

I've never had a problem with their protection plans. Amazing customer service, I'd recommend for tvs in particular since sometimes they come wonky from factory.

Always better safe to get items that are delivered. Never know how much jouncing around it did in it's travels.

You protect your junk why not your TV? I was told by a repair man with15yrs in the trade Samsung puts weak transistors in their boards so I was glad to have purchased the extended warranty, you should too unless you've got enough disposable income or an advancing technology addiction to buy a new one every 2 years.

I bought a 85 inch Samsung tv from Best Buy and to be frank, I’m loving it very much. It’s very easy to use and i have not had any difficult problem setting it up.

Great knowing if something were to go wrong I have this team as insurance to help me out. Worth the price for 5 years.

I've been a member of the Geek Squad for years and I love it. When I need help it's good to know I have someone there to assist. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly and they have always fixed my problem quickly.

Can't go wrong. The protection program is a must for anybody spending more than $200. I use geek squad protection once in the 10 years I have shopped at Best Buy and it has paid for itself even for that length of time. The two-year geek squad protection plan, in my opinion is a smart move, even "a must". TY. GmanC

I have not had to use this protection product but purchased it based on Best Buy's overall reputation and good personal experience in Best Buy stores. I believe it is fairly priced for the coverage provided.

Love the option of having the extra protection of the geek squad.

I have not needed with my TV but in the distant past used the Geek Squad for a lap top.

I but the protection on larger itiems and glad we did. Our $2,200 Sharp TV and a problem and they refunded the entire purchase price 2 years into the contract and we were able to purchase a newer, better TV. There was no hassle involved. Good to have with major electronic or appliance purchases, worth the extra cost.

Bought a 55inc OLED…. Of course I’m gonna buy the warranty. It’s why I got my old one replaced with the new one.

I always get the protection from best buy have had no issues with it at all and am loyal to them for electronics

I love the quality, features, and being able to stream movies concerts and other special events

The LEDs went out in my last TV after about 4 years and it would have cost over $300 to fix. Since that TV only cost $400, I wasn't about to waste the money. Paying the extra $189 (for my $799.99 TV) was definitely worth the cost for this Geek Squad coverage!. I doub't I'll ever buy another without it!
